
If like me, you are always on a quest to find the “best” version of classic dishes, then this post is for you! I am here to confirm that BA’s Best Bolognese, is in fact that. I have had this recipe bookmarked for months – years even (?) – and finally got around to making it. And while there is no such thing as a “bad” Bolognese in my book, this version turned out a sauce with exquisite heartiness, richness, and texture. My entire family loved it.
One of the reviews in the recipe blurb says “I come back to this recipe every year as soon as the weather turns a little cold; it turns out perfectly every time. No notes!”. With considerable ice and snow predicted to hit the East Coast this weekend, I figured it was the ideal time to post this, in case you are planning to hunker down, or are in need of some comfort food inspiration.
