To make the butter: Combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and beat using an electric mixer (Or alternately, smoosh everything together with your hands! : )), until thoroughly combined.
To make the drink: Place the rum and coconut butter mixture in the bottom of a mug (I like to start with one tablespoon of the butter and add more as I go, depending on what I feel like.). Top with boiling water and stir well. Sip and be cozy!
Notes
You can store the butter mixture, wrapped, in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
