
MARINATED SHALLOT SALAD DRESSING
INGREDIENTS
1 small shallot, minced
1 tablespoon seasoned rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon raw honey
2-3 tablespoons (to taste, depending on your preferred level of acidity) extra-virgin olive oil
Sea salt
METHOD
In a small bowl, combine the shallot and rice wine vinegar. Let stand for approximately 10 minutes, allowing the shallot to “marinate” and soften. Whisk in the honey and olive oil, until emulsified. Season with salt.
