I have been sitting on these photos for a long time.
A couple of summers ago, my cousin got married in the mountain town of Lake Placid, NY. It was the first time I had been there since I was a child and from start to finish – even now, as I remember – the trip was wonderful.
We were graced with clear skies and sunshine for 3 days straight. The lake was as blue as ever, the air so fresh and so crisp. Most of my family made it in for the wedding, so the occasion served as a reunion of sorts too.
On our first day in town we discovered The Good Bite Kitchen.
