One of the things that I still love most about blogging is the ability to share brands and products that I adore. While OSEA is not exactly a new brand (It was founded 30 years ago, believe it or not!), I will forever champion what the women behind this company are doing. You can read more about the “Generation of Women Inspired by the Sea”, here. A bit of additional background, from their website:
“Born in 1996 in Malibu, California, we set a new industry standard—creating safe and effective seaweed-infused skincare with a holistic approach to wellness and self-care. Today it’s called clean beauty, but in our family, it is what it has always been–the belief that our connection to nature is essential to our collective wellbeing.”
I deeply believe in the healing powers of nature, and as such, have been a fan of OSEA products for a while now. I was so grateful then, when they reached out to me about sharing a couple of my favorites with all of you!
If you’re new to them, one of the first offerings I would recommend trying is their Undaria Algae Body Oil. This is the only body oil I have ever consistently loved, as it’s hydrating and lightweight, with little to no dry time (and no grease!). It will make your skin soft and give it an incredible glow; the perfect combination now that summer has arrived.
My very favorite product as of late though, is their Vagus Nerve Pillow Mist. If you know me, then you know I love my little rituals – especially before bed (I posted more on that, here.) I added the mist to my nighttime routine about a year ago and now I would feel incomplete without it. It’s truly magical, when it comes to falling asleep!
There really is no going wrong with this brand, but I’ll end on linking a few more of their products that I find myself purchasing again and again:
Hyaluronic Body Serum // Hyaluronic Lip Oil Booster // Undaria Algae Body Wash // Undaria Algae Body Butter // Vagus Nerve Oil

June 18, 2026 at 11:36 AMThanks for the suggestion. I subscribed to your blog over a decade ago and somehow only received your posts for the first year or so. This is the first post I’ve received in years.

June 18, 2026 at 2:27 PMHi Katelon! I actually turned off notifications periodically as my formatting always seemed to go awry when WP moved to a new version, but it looks like they came back on with the last update. It’s great to see you and other old friends here, nonetheless. : )

June 18, 2026 at 2:20 PMThank you so much, Dale! I actually hadn’t intended for this post to go out the way it did (I think I need to work on some formatting!) – but all’s well that ends well I suppose, as it’s been so nice seeing old friends here. : ) I hope all is great with you!
